[CJ OliveNetworks, October 21, 2019] The IT Division of CJ OliveNetworks (CEO Kyung-Bae Lee) has developed Comm. One, a unified solution for multichannel communications to revolutionized marketing.

Different channels can be combined, e.g., push message, message, email, depending on the customers’ business characteristics. In case of a failed message dispatch, messages can be dispatched via other channels.
Dispatch status and results, and statistics information such as URL click tracking and the number of app downloads, are provided through Visualization Dashboard, where customer reactions and service impact can be identified.
The automatic generation of personalized short URL function will make it possible to do personalized marketing because it will show you links clicked by customers. The number of simultaneous log-ins and log-in time can also be identified, which will be able to measure the impact of campaigns.
“It is important to have a unified messaging solution in the field of distribution, logistics, e-commerce, and finance,” said Ju-yeong Lee, Head of the Online Platform Team at CJ OliveNetworks. “Comm. One will reduce costs and maximize marketing efficiency to our major customers because of affordability and convenience.”
The Online Platform Team at OliveNetworks has provided communication solutions to 200 partners with its business messaging knowledge accumulated for many years.
The team has created Comm. One, reflecting the needs of its customers. It will add more communication channels and enhance functions at a later stage.
